Description
This program will build technical skill in the learners that will enable them to install, repair and maintain the electrical lines running through the systems of various industrial and commercial buildings. Distribution Lineman constructs, operates, maintains and repairs overhead and underground power distribution systems.
What Will You Learn?
Install and maintain equipment - (electric service lines, metering equipment, primary and secondary voltages.
Install cross arms, insulators, conductors, switches, transformers and other equipment on both overhead and underground systems.
Operate line switches.
